UPDATE 08/15/11
A total server permissions overhaul has occurred in order to transition to the built-in Bukkit permissions. It is the belief of the server administrator that using Bukkit permissions will assist in making the server future-proof. A few major plugins have changed (notably the removal of Essentials), but there is little that will truly affect most users (you can see the altered commands on the User Groups page). Server moderators should definitely take a look at the User Groups page as they have access to many new permissions nodes.
The loss of Essentials has also caused homes to reset, so players will need to set their home again and find their home if they are not already there. Players having difficulty locating their homes should ask a moderator or administrator for help. However, not all news is bad for homes; on top of the basic world home point set using "/home world," players can now append another name to the /home command and set a second home point. Ex: /home Castle
